This is the worst place I've ever been.  Services are very limited and what's available is controlled by the MCCS "mafia."  There is a lot of drama.  Isolated people thrust into a new culture in a rather rural part of the country lends to a lot of nonsense.  There is very little support unless you want to join the spouses cliques and learn to make sushi.
